I originally grew up in Clinton, a quaint village in Upstate New York. I have made my home in Wyoming since 1978. With my concern for property rights and a deep connection to the outdoors, real estate is a natural fit for my career path.
I am experienced in all aspects of real estate counseling whether investing, buying, selling, leasing or property management. I am available for professional, knowledgeable representation to include: recreational properties, commercial properties, land and ranches, business, and as an expert witness.

Hi, I’m Bill and to begin, I was born on a ranch and have been in real estate for 25+ years as a Broker and Associate Broker. My specialty is Ranch and Businesses.
Personally, I have been married for 59 years. I have five children, four boys and one girl; I have fifteen grandchildren and I am a Korean War Veteran.
I coached football for ten years; coached boxers for the USOC for 30 years; I owned a dance hall, was part owner in six stores; owned a feed business, collection agency with twenty offices; owned an appliance store, an outfitting business, owned rentals; owned Gold Star Land Company and now I am with Rocky Mountain Real Estate.
Hi, I’m John and am proud to be a Wyoming native. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science, I returned to Casper to sell real estate. My career started with an emphasis in recreational land and ranch sales, however, I have now found a strong base and am well versed in the commercial and residential market. I feel I am one of the few “all-around” agents that can provide professional service to both homeowner and investors alike. I have now been selling real estate for over 24 years in Wyoming.
I am an active member of the community and the Realtor organization. I have been President of the Wyoming Multiple Listing Service, I was Chairman of the Political Policy Committee of the Casper Board of Realtors; I am also Past President of the Casper Board of Realtors. Recently I completed the NAR mediation training in Chicago.
For fun, I enjoy playing guitar and bass guitar, backpacking and skiing.

Hi, I’m Steve and I grew up at a Marina on Pactola Lake in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I graduated from high school in Rapid City and went to college at the University of South Dakota.
I spent five years in California as a supervisor at a Dole Mushroom Farm and moved to Casper, Wyoming in August of 1978.
I was part owner and developer of the Common Cents convenience stores for the first fifteen years; from there, I became a real estate broker for fourteen years and later into commercial lube and chemical sales. I am proud to say that I am back home in the real estate community.
I am a basic treasure hunter at heart, and love finding clients their real estate treasures.
I have been on the Board for Special Olympics; member of the Casper Mountain Steering Committee and a past member of our local community emergency response team “CERTS”.
My background in business and real estate is a great advantage for my clients if they are buying or selling real estate.
I urge you to contact me for your real estate needs – we will find or get rid of those treasures together.
Well hello there, my name is Derek. I was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. After high school, I moved to Lincoln where I met my wife Jennifer. Together we have (so far) our one and only son, Vincenzo. We also have plenty of four-legged children too.
Soon after moving to Lincoln, I got started in the automotive business selling Used Cars. I quickly moved up to New and Highline SUVs. I worked in New Car sales for about 5 years before I traded in my shirt and tie for multi-point inspections and clipboards on the Service side. It was here where the opportunities started knocking. I became the Service Manager of a Mitsubishi store for seven years.
I have always had a passion for real estate. I enjoy looking over maps, going to open houses and exploring parcels of land. Recently I have had an opportunity to make that passion a career. On a short notice whim, I signed up for Real Estate classes, took and passed the Real Estate exam and Gary Lever at Rocky Mountain Real Estate offered to take me under his wing and mentor me. Well now here I am ready to help you find the home or land of your dreams.
