I originally grew up in Clinton, a quaint village in Upstate New York. I have made my home in Wyoming since 1978. With my concern for property rights and a deep connection to the outdoors, real estate is a natural fit for my career path.

I am experienced in all aspects of real estate counseling whether investing, buying, selling, leasing or property management.  I am available for professional, knowledgeable representation to include:  recreational properties, commercial properties, land and ranches, business, and as an expert witness.

Hi, I’m John and am proud to be a Wyoming native.  After graduating from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science, I returned to Casper to sell real estate.  My career started with an emphasis in recreational land and ranch sales, however, I have now found a strong base and am well versed in the commercial and residential market.  I feel I am one of the few “all-around” agents that can provide professional service to both homeowner and investors alike.  I have now been selling real estate for over 24 years in Wyoming.

I am an active member of the community and the Realtor organization.  I have been President of the Wyoming Multiple Listing Service, I was Chairman of the Political Policy Committee of the Casper Board of Realtors; I am also Past President of the Casper Board of Realtors. Recently I completed the NAR mediation training in Chicago.

For fun, I enjoy playing guitar and bass guitar, backpacking and skiing.

For starters I’m Zachary Taylor and no there’s no relation to the 12th president. Though I am a person of service and feel there’s nothing more rewarding than being able to help my fellow humans. I grew up on a ranch in Wyoming, attended Casper College & the University of Wyoming. My background is in emergency management / business & marketing / real estate.

I was a firefighter-medic, and only working 2 days a week left me time for a side hustle working as a handyman / property manager for several apartment complexes I own. I then moved out of state for career advisement while keeping my rentals as mailbox money. While waiting to get a firefighting position in Las Vegas, I acquired a job as a logistics / event manager for several national marketing companies in Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California. Then one day I decided to quit my corporate job as my life purpose wasn’t being fulfilled.

So I started my own full-service marketing company with an emphasis on providing our servicemen and women products and services for on and off duty hustle. Several years later I sold that company and upon closing, I realized I’m now jobless and one of my real estate (also a close friend) asked me what I was going to do now? I took a second and decided I wanted a new career that allows me to apply my life experiences to help others while being nicely compensated.

Hi, I’m Matthew Swisher. I recently moved to Wyoming after my separation overseas. I served nine years in the Marine Corps, originally as a CH-46E Helicopter Mechanic and then as a Logistic Officer. I am accompanied by my wife, Heidi, and our daughter, Arleen. Heidi was a Communications Office in the Marine Corps. After my first tour, I went to school at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington where I earned my degree in History with a focus on Early Colonial America. Originally moving to Cheyenne, me and my family moved to Casper in December of 2020 after purchasing a home from Rocky Mountain Real Estate. I am licensed and insured and look forward to serving the Casper community.

Hi Everyone! My name is Cinda Maston, a real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers in Casper, WY, and surrounding areas. After co-founding CK Mechanical Plumbing and Heating in 2004, I spent time remodeling houses, traveling, volunteering, and attending Casper College where I graduated with an associates degree in fine art and photography. Helping people achieve the American dream of buying and owning a home inspired my passion for real estate. My desire to help others and my wild outgoing personality helps me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering, hiking, and kayaking.
