I originally grew up in Clinton, a quaint village in Upstate New York. I have made my home in Wyoming since 1978. With my concern for property rights and a deep connection to the outdoors, real estate is a natural fit for my career path.

Hi, I’m John and am proud to be a Wyoming native. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science, I returned to Casper to sell real estate. My career started with an emphasis in recreational land and ranch sales, however, I have now found a strong base and am well versed in the commercial and residential market. I feel I am one of the few “all-around” agents that can provide professional service to both homeowner and investors alike. I have now been selling real estate for over 24 years in Wyoming.

I am an active member of the community and the Realtor organization. I have been President of the Wyoming Multiple Listing Service, I was Chairman of the Political Policy Committee of the Casper Board of Realtors; I am also Past President of the Casper Board of Realtors. Recently I completed the NAR mediation training in Chicago.

For fun, I enjoy playing guitar and bass guitar, backpacking and skiing.

For starters I’m Zachary Taylor and no there’s no relation to the 12th president. Though I am a person of service and feel there’s nothing more rewarding than being able to help my fellow humans. I grew up on a ranch in Wyoming, attended Casper College & the University of Wyoming. My background is in emergency management / business & marketing / real estate.

I was a firefighter-medic, and only working 2 days a week left me time for a side hustle working as a handyman / property manager for several apartment complexes I own. I then moved out of state for career advisement while keeping my rentals as mailbox money. While waiting to get a firefighting position in Las Vegas, I acquired a job as a logistics / event manager for several national marketing companies in Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California. Then one day I decided to quit my corporate job as my life purpose wasn’t being fulfilled.

So I started my own full-service marketing company with an emphasis on providing our servicemen and women products and services for on and off duty hustle. Several years later I sold that company and upon closing, I realized I’m now jobless and one of my real estate (also a close friend) asked me what I was going to do now? I took a second and decided I wanted a new career that allows me to apply my life experiences to help others while being nicely compensated.
